CIS Tech is a software and AI consultancy founded by Chris Byron in 2018. The founder has more than 20 years in technology, building and running large enterprise systems in financial services and e-commerce, with a focus on scaling and performance. Today most of our work is AI and automation, for clients in recruitment, energy efficiency, financial services and e-commerce.
Most businesses we speak to know AI matters but can’t get a clear answer about what it would do for them. We give that answer, with costs, then build the parts that are worth building.
The founder leads every engagement. Trusted senior associates join larger builds, and you’ll know who they are before they start. There are no account managers between you and the people doing the work.

Automation handles the repetitive work. Anything that needs judgement has a review step, so your team stays in charge.
We look after what we build
Tested, documented and monitored. Own it outright, or license it and let us look after it.
